WA Web Plus ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your information when you use our Chrome extension.
1. Information We Collect
WA Web Plus does not collect personal data unless you voluntarily provide it by using optional features.
We may collect the following types of data, depending on your usage:
Contacts information: (used only during synchronization to your own device or CRM via Google Firebase) when you choose to save it. This information is deleted once the contact is saved successfully.
Email address: your email address is collected to control your subscription and unlock the premium features.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the data we collect:
We use your email address to offer relevant suggestions, features, or services (marketing usage applies only with explicit user opt-in).
We use your email address to control your subscription, send you the invoice and the license key of your subscription.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
We may share limited data only in these cases:
Your webhook information are shared with Firebase by Google to temporarily store data during sync processes of your webhooks.
Your email address is shared with Paddle for secure payment processing (view Paddle’s Privacy Policy)
4. Data Storage & Security
Most of your data (e.g., templates, replies, settings..) are stored directly on your device (browser memory).
Any data temporarily stored on our servers (e.g., contact sync) is encrypted and automatically deleted after the operation is completed.
We apply industry-standard encryption and secure communication protocols (HTTPS, TLS) at all times.
5. User Control & Consent
You are not required to enter your phone number or personal information to use the extension.
You may revoke permissions or delete data stored locally in your browser anytime simply by removing the extension.
Features involving data transmission (e.g., webhooks, sync, CRM integration) are entirely optional and require user setup.
6. Marketing and Feature Improvements
We may use aggregated, anonymized usage data to:
Improve features based on usage patterns
Offer you new tools and suggestions via the extension interface or email (if opted-in).
Develop future integrations or products.
You may opt out of such marketing at any time.
