WA Web Plus does not collect personal data unless you voluntarily provide it by using optional features.

We may collect the following types of data, depending on your usage:

• Email address: your email address is collected to control your subscription and unlock the premium features.

We use your email address to offer relevant suggestions, features, or services. Marketing usage applies only with explicit user opt-in.

We use your email address to control your subscription, send you the invoice and the license key of your subscription.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.

We may share limited data only in these cases:

• Your webhook information is shared with Supabase to securely store data during sync processes of your webhooks.

• Your email address is shared with Paddle for secure payment processing.

Your data is securely stored in the cloud via Supabase to prevent any loss when the extension is removed and to enable seamless synchronization across your devices.

We apply industry-standard encryption and secure communication protocols (HTTPS, TLS) at all times.

You are not required to enter your phone number or personal information to use the extension.

You may delete your data manually at any time and revoke permissions by removing the extension.

Features involving data transmission (e.g., webhooks, sync, CRM integration) are entirely optional and require user setup.

We may use aggregated, anonymized usage data to:

• Improve features based on usage patterns.

• Offer you new tools and suggestions via the extension interface or email (if opted-in).

• Develop future integrations or products.

You may opt out of such marketing at any time.

You can contact us to:

• Request deletion of your usage data (if stored).

• Ask for details on how your data is used.

• Opt out of marketing communications.

If you didn't like the app, you may ask for a refund.

Valid Period: If the extension didn't comply with your needs, or if the features you expected didn't work, you may ask for a refund within 7 days after your subscription.

Process: The refund process might take a few hours to initiate, and the payment might take up to 3 business days to reach your card or PayPal account.

WA Web Plus™ is a trademark of Elbruz Technologies. All rights, title, and interest in and to the WA Web Plus™ name, logo, brand identity, website content, extension code, documentation, and all associated intellectual property are the exclusive property of Elbruz Technologies.

The following activities are strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Elbruz Technologies:

• Copying, cloning, reverse-engineering, or decompiling the WA Web Plus™ extension or any part of its source code.

• Creating derivative works, imitations, or competing products based on WA Web Plus™ code, design, or functionality.

• Using the WA Web Plus™ name, logo, or brand identity in any unauthorized manner, including in domain names, product names, marketing materials, or app store listings.

• Scraping, reproducing, or redistributing any content from the WA Web Plus™ website or documentation.

• Misrepresenting any product or service as being affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with WA Web Plus™ or Elbruz Technologies.

Elbruz Technologies actively monitors for unauthorized use of its intellectual property and will pursue all available legal remedies, including but not limited to DMCA takedown notices, domain dispute proceedings (UDRP), cease and desist orders, and civil litigation in applicable jurisdictions.
