Exporting Data

WA Web Plus gives you a powerful exporting tool that lets you extract your WhatsApp data into a downloadable file. You can export contacts, groups, labels, and even filter by country — all from a single screen.

Contacts

Export your contact numbers with three different options:

• •All contacts numbers — Export every saved contact in your WhatsApp.
• •All contacts numbers who chatted with me — Export only the contacts you have an active conversation with.
• •All unsaved numbers who chatted with me — Export numbers that are not saved in your contacts but have sent you a message.

Groups

Export group data with two options:

• •Only selected groups information — Export details about the groups themselves (name, description, size, etc.).
• •Only selected groups members — Export the phone numbers and names of members from the groups you select.

You can pick one or more groups from the dropdown before exporting.

Labels

Export contacts and chats that are tagged with specific labels.

• •Only selected labeled chats and contacts — Choose one or more labels from the dropdown and export all the chats and contacts associated with them.

This is useful for exporting segmented lists like "VIP Customers" or "Pending Orders".

Countries

Filter and export numbers by country:

• •All countries numbers — Export all numbers regardless of country.
• •Only selected countries numbers — Pick specific countries and export only the numbers that belong to them.

This includes numbers from both your contacts and your chats.

How to Export

1. 1.Open the Exporting section in WA Web Plus.
2. 2.Select the category you want to export (Contacts, Groups, Labels, or Countries).
3. 3.Choose the specific option within that category.
4. 4.If needed, select the groups, labels, or countries from the dropdown.
5. 5.Tap the download icon in the top right corner to export.
